My approach to massage therapy is all about helping you reconnect with your body, enhancing mobility, and working through physical tension. I combine a variety of techniques—Thai massage, therapeutic treatments, essential oils, sound therapy, and lymphatic drainage—to not only ease physical tension and reduce stress but also to foster a deeper connection to your body and promote relaxation.
As a holistic Massage Therapist, I believe in nurturing the body rather than battling against it. After each session, we’ll take a moment to discuss simple additions to your daily routine—whether it’s stretches, mobility exercises, muscle reinforcement, or breath and meditation techniques—to support your ongoing well-being.
